HOW TO USE

Open the lid and full up water to the tank.

Close lid tightly.

Grip the handle firmly on a stable work surface and then secure the sharpener.

Cleaning the knife, and insert the knife perpendicular into the guidelines, and then slide gently and horizontally back and forth about 10 times.Please do not force down the knife firmly against the sharpening wheel. It may damage the blade.

Wash the sharpener wheel and the inside of a tank well.Please keep it clean and dry.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not use it with knives that have a wave-shaped cutting edge such as a bread knife or ceramic knives.
